Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. We ship via USPS and with shipping confirmation. Combined shipping is available. If the price calculated is incorrect, I will issue a refund for the difference. Currently, I am only shipping within the United States. We are located in Massachusetts.

What does it mean when an item is ON HOLD?
ON HOLD usually means the item has sold out. I tend to leave sold items in the store for a little while until I'm sure my customer received it and is happy with it. That way, the photos and descriptions will still be there for reference if needed.

Return Policy
All sales are final. *If there is a problem with the order and it is the buyers mistake, payment processing fees will not be refunded.

How to leave Feedback
Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. To leave feedback, you will receive an email from noreply@ecrater.com with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 20 days later. Feedback can only be left with the link in the email.
